Olá, I’m Carla — a Canadian-born traveler who fell in love with Portugal more than ten years ago and now proudly calls it home.

My connection to this country started through my Portuguese partner, who first introduced me to its warmth, culture, and beautifully relaxed way of life. Over a decade of returning again and again, I explored every region, dined in tiny tascas, stayed in charming boutique hotels, and experienced Portugal the way locals do — with open doors and open hearts. That feeling stayed with me, and eventually became my purpose: to help others experience Portugal just as deeply and authentically.
